Point of View (POV) Viewing of "Notes On Milk"
"Notes on Milk" is a 20 minute feature documentary shown by PBS and its Point of View series. This doc takes a quirky and poetic look at some lesser-known aspects of America's favorite drink: the industry's spiritual underpinnings, politics and the struggle of independent farmers.
We will take some time, out of the glaring heat, to view this informative short film on milk and discuss what it means to us...organic, pasteurized / homogenized, raw...What's right for you???
